Our company was established in April 1984, and the former of it was the branch company of China Medicines and Health Products Import and Export Co.Ltd. In 1988, when China was carrying out the reform of the foreign trade system, our company was separated from the head quarter, and together with Zhejiang Chemical & Western Medicine Department and Zhejiang Native produce & Animal By-Products and Medicine Department to established Zhejiang Medicines and Health Products Import and Export Co.Ltd (hereinafter briefly called ZMC). In June 1999, ZMC evolved from a state-owned enterprise into a shareholding company and became the subsidiary of Zhejiang International Business Group Co., Ltd. The company is located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Hangzhou is a city with long history, beautiful sceneries, overflowing humanism flavor and developed economy.
