Established in 1997,Zhuanghe Lantian Precision Foundry Co.,Ltd is a machinery manufacture enterprise which is engaged in the precision casting and machining.The company can produce carbon steel , low alloyed steel and stainless steel etc, and the weight of single piece ranges between 0.05kg to 80kg. The annual capacity of the company is 5000t. Our products are mainly used in marine machinery ,automobile,gas engine,agricultural machinery and other industrial . Our company’s headquarters located in Zhuanghe Near Port Industrial Zone ,lying at the traffic hub between Zhuanghe Harbor , Zhuanghe Railway station and Bus station ,enjoying an advantaged geographic position. The company, covering a floor area of 19000 sq.m, has a total capital of RMB40 million Yuan . Our company has four branch factories . The first factory is Sodium Silicate Process Casting ; And the second factory is Silica Gel Process Casting ; The third is Machining & Mould Manufacture factory; The last one is Zhuanghe Lantian Dazheng factory .Today , it has a total staff of 400, including 40 engineering technicians and managers. The company has complete testing and analyzing equipments. As the testing of chemical components is concerned,we have introduced F-20 direct-reading spectrometer from Italy and QC direct_reading spectrometer from Germany which can analyze C 、Si 、Mn、 p 、S、 Ni、 Cr、 Mo、 V、 Ti、 Al 、Cu、 Mg、 Ce 、Nb、 B、 W; As the testing of physical performance is concerned, we can conduct the tensile test ,impact test, hardness test and metallographic anlysis , etc. Meanwhile , we can also use the fluorescent magnetic particle inspection in dealing with the magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection and pigmentation examination to castings.
