Our company is in its third year since founding. We use Yahoo! Auctions as our primary outlet for sales inside Japan. In terms of sales performance, we are number one in Hokkaido for sales of used tires on Yahoo! Auctions. We have been able to steadily increase our sales by foregoing store sales and face-to-face retail and instead systematizing our process into a single workflow utilizing the Internet. In addition, for sales to overseas markets, we currently do business through foreign buyers located inside Japan. Our current ratio of domestic to foreign sales is approximately 6:4. In the future, we want to boost our overseas sales in anticipation of a contraction in the domestic market and an expansion of the foreign market.
