Nowadays, our R&D dept. consists of a group of professional and experienced technical engineers who can convert the clients' ideas into the real molds via CAD &numerical control machines according to the tire samples, tire drawings & tire parameters offered by them. Generally speaking, Sheng Jeng can offer the 3D of tire pattern to our clients for the reference within 36 hours from the original pattern to CAM, then the copper electrode process.
