In 1998, in order to meet the strong market requirement for lead acid batteries in high quality but lower cost, We introduced some chemical microelement to be anticorrosive in battery plate, found by an expert in electrochemistry called Professor Yoshida Masayoshi in Toyama University. In addition, Professor Yoshida Masayoshi offered us a kind of special additive in mixing lead paste so that the active material cannot drop off from grid after vibration for 3 times based on Japanese Industrial Standard (JISC87-094). Furthermore, We have been using the same process design and flow as some Japanese manufacturer to produce lead acid batteries from plate making and battery assembling so that all of our batteries are stable and consistent in quality. IT has mainly done OEM business. In 2003, together with a Japanese company, we offered solar modules and lead acid batteries to set up 3 big solar power stations in Tibet, China. In 2004, we provided Mongolia with more than 30000 PCS of lead acid batteries used in photovoltaic system. In production capacity, our factory can produce 500,000PCS of AGM batteries, 80,000PCS of automotive batteries and 200,000PCS of motorcycle batteries in a month.
