Now I am pleased to explain to you about our graphite products. we have a product series of raw material graphite block as below, HKC-201 wear may happen when heavy sparkling work. HKC-207 most competitive on cost effectiveness HKC-300 Sharp and speedy sparking work for long time These products have been used in the India users for 1.5 years, and we’ve got a result to set the grade as follows, HKC-300 is equivalent to SGL R8510 Grade. MERSON & TOYO HKC-201 HKC-100 We and our customers have found out that the graphite of Mersen and Toyo(japan) are between HKC-201 and HKC-300 in grades according to their performance. Now we note our HKC-201 is a little below Merson & Toyo when long time sparkling with a sharp and long edge of graphite electrodes. HK-300 has better performance than that of Mersen and Toyo. So that we recommend HK-300 when quality sparkling machining is needed, in case of requiring economic cost, we recommend HKC-201.
