Vivapen d. O. O. Continues tradition of work shop founded in 1967, which was oriented mostly to the production of moulds for making technical plastic products and automatic control of technological procedures. In 1990 company was established and we began with active writing instruments and other stationery development. In 2002 company was moved to Celje and here the real ground for effective progress was created. New modern equiped place and equipment enable quality production process and good business relationship with our customers and suppliers. The strategy of our company is directed in development in two ways: 1) production od writing instruments and stationery with our own brand name viva, main stress on development of our own fountain pens and ink conducting systems for fountain pens and roller ball pens, 2) the progress of our own mould shop, with big support of CAD / CAM construction and fabrication of moulding, which helps us quick accomplishment of new ideas. The progress of our tool-shop is written in the strategy of the company. Making moulds, automatization of the production process and quick realization of the novelties are advantages which we are offering to our customers. Injection moulding is a basic technique used in the mass production of writing instruments. Modern machines allow the production of even the most complex products. 2-component injection allows us to produce the products which can compare to all the others at the top of the modern technology and also fashion. Our pens are assembled on our fully automated assembly line. Manual assembly of fountain pens, which requires accuracy and reliability, is done by qualified and experienced workers.
