Our Flagship Company, vijay alloy castings is an alloy steel castings foundry with a specialization in manganeese steels. we undertake special orders like general engineering castings like En 8 series C 45 and other special castings. our company was started in the year 2005 in april. we have a 150 kg induction furnace and have the capacity to give castings upto 175 kgs. we have two heat treatment furnaces one is of gas and the othre is from current.we use to take a monthly turnover of about 20 - 30 tonns our main specialization in manganeese steels castings is Jaw plates. we do all kinds of jaw plates, ranging from Rs 60/- to Rs 120/-. the same way we do tooth points also with the same rates.we have a fettling shop of our own.we dont have a spectro in our company but we take care of the castings we manufacture and take samples in ingots and check with third party inspection services. until now we got less say 1 or 2 % negative reply from our customers.we have strict adherence towards quality and will do anything to maintain quality.
