Company sells frozen freshwater whitefish, northern pike, walleye, trout, gizzards, and walleye cheeks. Company employs 60 to 100 emloyees seasonally, prime harvest being in the fall, with outposts in numerous regions in Northern Manitoba. Fish is gathered daily and flown in ice-packs to the main plant where is is prepared to be flown to Winnipeg, the provinces capital. From this point, it is flown to points worldwide.
