<br/>MSupport has been active in the sightseeing market since 1989 when we developed the first multilingual headphone system for The Original London Sightseeing Tour. Based on a professional eight track tape system and a Blaupunkt headphone system the system provided eight language simultaneous tour commentary. Over the years this product has evaluated into a solid state eight track MP3 player with bespoke tour software.

<br/>Following customer demand we provided headphones and earphones, establishing contacts with manufacturers and building relationships in China that are lasting for more than 20 years already.

<br/>In 2007 we assisted in the development of a double-decker city sightseeing bus. Combining Chinese production facilities and Western components we achieved a cost effective vehicle providing a quality tool for the sightseeing operator.

<br/>Working together with the sightseeing operator we are continually trying to improve the experience of the sightseeing customer.
