The Company has a registered capital of 200,000,000 Baht fully paid up.The nature of products falls under 2 categories viz.:1. Primary products approximately 30 per cent2. Value-added products approximately 70 per centThe Company has a policy to produce more value-added products to increase the product value.The companys marketing strategy is to emphasize on production of a variety of high-quality products at appropriate prices with the customers requirements the main issue. The target customers are those in Japan, since the Companys products are Sushi, with the following outlets :1. Direct distribution to restaurants and supermarkets: 20 per cent.2. Distribution through middlemen:80 per cent. Nature of the business The objectives of the business are to produce frozen seafood for export, with main raw materials from domestic and overseas sources, xx prawn, fish, squid, crab, being processed and frozen as various products for distribution to markets in Japan, Taiwan, USA etc. The Companys products fall into 2 categories as follows:1. A primary product is produced through raw materials simple process of cleaning, finishing, freezing and packaging.2. A value-added product is made from a primary product in 1. above through a further process to obtain another product with additional value. The production form depends mainly on each importers requirements.
