TQ is a product development company working in the UK and China. We offer a complete design and manufacturing service. Visual design concepts and mechanical product assemblies are all originated in the UK. Electronic design and development (software and hardware) are carried out both in the UK and China depending on requirements. All tool-making takes place in China along with PCB manufacture and product assembly. Our own CN staff oversee the set up of assembly lines making sure they incorporate all details of our WIS (work instruction sheet / assembly instructions) and that testing is completed throughout the build cycle. Our CN staff are also responsible for final sign off of goods depending on their own QC results. TQs aim is to facilitate the design and manufacture of new products by designing east to manufacture mechanical assemblies and by minimising manufacturing costs across the board. We can also re-design or re-engineer existing products to improve perceived value and reduce manufacturing costs.
