Its primary services include service desk, technical support, desk-side support, security administration, infrastructure management and related professional services. TechTeam also provides a number of specialized, value-added services in specific vertical markets. Its business consists of two components: Commercial business and Government business. Together, the Companys IT Outsourcing Services segment, IT Consulting and Systems Integration segment and Other Services segment consists of its Commercial business.
