Oman Electronic Library ( OEL ) was founded in 1995 in Oman. It is located in the Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM), Sultanate of Oman. It is specialised in developing Multi-Lingual multi-media projects publised on-line on channels and internet or off-line on CDs and DVDs.Most of our projects are tailore-made and designed in accordance to our clients requirements.Moreover, we have developed few titles that are directed to the public around the globe.
