Techcom was established in early 1999 by ex-officers of the former royal Hong Kong Police dedicated to serve the law enforcement agencies in China and Hong Kong Techcom Security Technology Ltd. is also an OEM on body armours and various ballistic protection solutions. We conduct our own R& D in ballistic protection and can provide specific ballistic protection solution in accordance to the customers' requirements. Special products include the first soft protection solution against the threat of the Chinese Type 54 pistol with steel core ammunition.
