Ultra precision Machined Gear PumpOver the many years since our established in October 1977, we have manufactured and sold gear pumps to major companies in Japan and Asia.Our head office is located in Osaka, and our factory is in Wakayama Prefecture.Our gear pumps were developed as synthetic fiber spinning gear pumps that require accuracy, and the machining accuracy for all of them is within several microns. To achieve this, the quantitativity is very high to provide unrivaled capacity accuracy even at low viscosity.We also manufacture over 700 other kinds of pumps for use with dissolved lead, specialty plastics, food, perfume, and other applications.We use outer gear and shaft driven pump drive units that are attached using the pivot saddle method or fixed mount method.
