Founded in 1999, Sunshine Mountain Vineyard is beautifully placed on hilltop rendering a breath-taking 270-degree panoramic view of the San Marcos city. The winery covers 15 acres,12 of those acres being vineyards producing anannual output of about 70,000 bottles. Our main varieties are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Zinfandel, Merlot (Red Grape Variety), Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier (White Grape Variety).Situated on gently sloping hillside, the mixture of sunshine an ocean breeze makes this a pleasant location for visitors to rest and relax.
