Sunpet was first established in 1997 as sunny industries company. In 2001, it was incorporated and changed to its present name. The plant is in a single enclosed complex of six blocks. Total working floor space is 3,000 square metres and houses over 200 workers.

<br/>Sunpet specialises mainly in manufacturing optical products. In 1997, sunpet set up the first ultra-precision machining centre in Hong kong for plastic aspherical lens manufacturing.
<br/>At sunpet, there are excellent in-house facilities to enable products to be developed and manufactured under the same roof. Sunpet has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certificate.

<br/>In addition to its own branded products, sunpet also develops and manufactures products in big brand names on OEM and ODM basis.
