Following are the supporting machines to the Forge Shop. 1) In-house Tool & Die Room with conventional and CNC machines. 2) State of art - HEAT TREATMENT PLANT, where we can perform heat treatment process like Normalizing, Annealing, ISO thermal annealing, Spherodise annealing and hardening and tempering. 3) On the finishing area, we have crack detection machine and shot blasting machine. 4) Our testing laboratory is equipped with Emission Spectrometer for Raw material checking. Also, chemical and metallurgical checks are carried out in our testing laboratory. Supporting our forging shop is our machining Company, KEMS Ltd. ( Karnataka Electrical & Mechanical System Limited ), wherein we make machined components and assemblies out of bar-stock and forgings.
