Even today we work with the same principles and the passion that was used by our ancestors.The collection is still a time (with hands), the mechanical shaker (allow us to make the olives fall, during periods selected in order to ensure a quality oil), olives we use to transport the tapes aired, not the bags that would promote the fermentation, for the processing of olives we ask a maximum time of 24 hours, aiming especially to hygiene and food safety, for the use of the oil storage containers of steel, in order to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the oil, so that when it will taste at the table, you feel like tasting a freshly pressed olive oil, we still continue to list many more total dedication to our oil, but we believe it is more correct that our customers are to demonstrate our commitment and our passion. We decided to bring our production to GAS also, because we consider it very important to create a direct line between us and the final consumer, as long as the latter is not a number but a person with whom to talk, exchange greetings, a smile, accepting any criticism as the basis to constantly improve the quality of our products.The company has an extension of 15 hectares, with a plantation of olive trees, from which comes out a unique niche product, is located in the hinterland Reggina in Calabria, near the foot of the Aspromonte, located in the Tyrrhenian coast, 20 minutes from 20 from the sea and mountains.These olive trees year a unique (as unique is its oil) and is to rise to more than 15 meters from the ground, sometimes reaching 30 meters.The farming methods are traditional, with limited use of fertilizers and organic chemicals.
