Introduction:<br/>First thinking and action for establishing an independent procurement company for ISOICO (Iran Shipbuilding and Offshore Industries Complex Company) have been done on Feb 2002 and a new Strategic Business Unit (SBU) was founded under title of Local Fabrication and Procurement Group which has some experiences in procuring for 2200 TEU Container Ships and 35,000 DWT product carriers and 1800 Tone Landing crafts and so on. <br/>After 5 years, we were established another procurement company for Oil and Gas projects named as GIPCO (Gostaresh Industries Procurement Company) which has some experiences in Oil and Gas projects such as South Pars Gas field Development Phases 15 & 16 and Phase 12, Hendijan oil platform and pipeline project and etc. <br/>On Jun 2010, due to some limitation for procurement companies, we established a new company (SIFCO) in Iran and Oman in order to co-operate with manufacturers as agent. <br/>SIFCO has some department such as Steel Dept., HVAC Dept., Piping Dept., Rotary Equipment Dept., Purchase Engineering Services Dept., and Planning and Project Manager Office. <br/>SIFCO Mission:<br/>Organization, Planning, Execution & Control of all Procurement of Equipments which are used in industries with emphasis on Electronic Services to customers. Gathering, Arranging and Managing Information of suppliers, Manufacturers and Main Traders and establishing a central database is SIFCO Mission. All these activities are implemented in such away to keep optimum quality, cost & time for performing projects. <br/>SIFCO Goals:<br/>Offering Procurement & Purchase Engineering Services for Industries;
