It is imperative that we are not afraid of failure and have the courage to meet any challenge. For a long time, our corporate culture tended to place more importance on results rather than on the process. As a result, we have had more instances of so-called successes, than failures that could teach us valuable lessons. The results achieved in such a culture tend lose their influence and value as we continue to repeat the same mistakes which ultimately decreases our efficiency. It is a universal truth that success is impossible without failure. We must establish a culture where we are not afraid or ashamed of failing. In other words, we must be able to openly admit our failures and avoid making the same mistakes in the future.
