RESOLUTIONS was founded in 1993 in the state of Massachusetts in the United States. Its founder, Andrea Chasen, created this company to provide consulting and training services to companies and individuals, wanting to improve their knowledge and skills in all aspects of communicationânegotiation, conflict management, cross-cultural communication, effective problem solving, and leadership. Recognizing that pre-packaged trainings in these areas did not achieve the desired results; RESOLUTIONS designed and developed specialized training for leadership, presentation techniques, negotiation strategy, conflict resolution, and executive brandeding.
