Quality Plastic Processing ltd is settled a plastic bottle recycling plant in Somerset UK. We have all environmental license . We also have the AQSIQ certificate for export to China. Our production line machines is complete processing line to de-label, wash and granulate thereby producing a clean flake which will be dried and bagged. Capacity of these Production line will be 2 ton per hour. And will be include sorting line, granulator washing line and end dry product flake. We also have a extruder machine can be produce 500-700kg per hour.Our short term objective is 200 tons -300 tons per month. And the material we can recycling use our machines will be like PET bottles HDPE Bottles PP and other material. Company long term goal will be have capacity produce 1000 - 1500 tons material per month.
