In the phase I the projected investment of RMB 620 million will be made; to reach an annual production capacity of 800,000 radial tires and annual output value of RMB 1.2 billion. In the phase II project, RMB 700 million will be invested, mainly into production, to reach an annual production capacity of 2.40 million radial tires and annual sales revenue of RMB 3 billion.
