Our plant in Baddi has a covered area of over 42500 sq ft.We have provided the main production area with filtered air thru an AHU (5 Micron) while the Rewinding / Inspection, QC and final packing rooms are provided with Dust free air thru HEPA filters. Entry to the shop floor and other areas is restricted and proper dress code and hygiene standards are followed.In our shop floor we have installed new 4 new semi automatic printing machines at the first stage with a provision for a further 4 more to be added at a later stage. These all are next generation machines which prevent to a great extent missing prints and registration problems.Further more our lab is equipped with testing machines which in turn also help in ensuring that only quality inputs such as foils, inks and additives are used in the manufacture of the foils.
