I engage with willing OEM's to discuss and explore cost-down issues in their businesses, in particular with manufacturing input and parts.
<br/>I advocate that the customer work DIRECTLY with my principals in Asia, who have experience in such business since 1973, this being my principal with a a very high $revenue and hence buying power in Asia.

<br/>This model of course removes the "adder" of profit margins applied by resellers/distributors, and takes advantage of lower costs and higher quality of many Asian sources, Taiwan in particular.
<br/>
<br/>One additional concept that should be of interest is that many independant sources that an OEM may import from, can be grouped and managed by a single enterprise, who will act of your behalf .... like having your own office in Taiwan!.
