Provide expertise to small to mid-sized companies on methodologies to optimize performance and gain a competitive market edge by orchestrating change at board and executive management levels. Analyze financial reports; develop strategic plans, feasibility studies, and forecasts/models; arrange bank and/or investor financing as required; establish internal controls. Collaborate with corporate officers, attorneys and accountants and advise on risk mitigation, business expansions, debt consolidations, financial workouts and restructuring, etc.
