<br/>PAC-Asia CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORP. -is looking a foreign financing to finance the project its own financing sourced out thru loans and turn over the developed lots with houses constructed therein to the beneficiaries members of DBM Village / Housing and B. I. R. Housing employees whose payments of their houses to the develpoer is guaranteed by Home Development Mutual Funds (Pag-ibig Funds) which will pay the total amount due to developer corresponding to the total costs of developed lots and constructed houses.
<br/>In Addition to the houses of different dimentions and descriptions. Pac-Asia is well aware that it is not only lots and houses that are being developed but more than this, is the building up of a progressive, intelligent, and well-balanced community. So, all amenities so necessary and contributory to healty and satisfying life-style must exist around and within said DBM Village / Housing and B. I. R. Housing, such as-church, school, market, playgrounds and other recreational facilities, theaters, hospital, etc. Are to be constructed and provided.
