Oleodinamica forlivese is a Company that has been producing hydraulic cylinders since 1974. Our hydraulic cylinders can be employed in various fields, from drilling, agriculture, earth-moving machines, lifting equipment, industrial applications etc.
<br/>We manufacture hydraulic cylinders up to 250 mm. bore, with max. 3200 mm hub. For internal diameters up to 200 mm. the maximum hub reaches c.ca 4000 mm. The employed material is S.S ST 52.3 BK + S H8 DIN 2391 RA < 0,4. We use and process chromed bars in C40 with superficial hardening, 42CrM04 and all sorts of chromed bars, with chrome thickness which varies from 25-50-75 Micron, up to special chrome plating, according to customers requests.
<br/>We manufacture small to medium batches (5-10 pieces per months for a 10-month program), 1-unit initial prototypes, small batches (5-10 pcs) as well as bigger quantities (50-100 pcs).
<br/>We strongly believe that with their "made in Italy" quality our cylinders can be very competitive, with a very good quality-price ratio. They can be completely customised, as we mainly work according to customers specifications.
