This Organic Olive Oil comes from the village of Zufre in the hills North of Seville, Andalucia in a World Heritage National Park. Grown and harvested by a cooperative of local farmers who through countless generations have maintained an environmentally responsible way of growing Olive trees, the result is wonderfully fragrant and aromatic Oil. With a 0.2 acidity this unique olive oil is amongst the best in the world. The production in 2010 is aprox 90.000ltrs, so supply is short for this very sought after product.
