Sapigni offers since 1850 an excellent extra vergin olive oil and various primium quality products olive oil made such as our cosmetic products (soaps, body creams ect). Our olives are hand picked during the harvest season and crushed within 24 hours to preserve their organoleptic properties.Still today after four generations, there is among the family the deep passion for this ancient job and love for the plant and its prescious fruits.We use the ancient conception of cold pressing with granite millstone with new machinery and extrection techniques.
