Olea Sylvestris cultivates and produces a superior organic olive oil from self planted & wild grow olive trees.The concentration of oleocanthal and oleacein in Olea Sylvestris olive oil was the highest of the values of the samples of Greek olive oils (99 and 48 mg/Kg respectively) that were included in the study of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Faculty of Pharmacy Department of Pharmacognosy & Natural Products Chemistry on July 2012.
