From incorporation till September 2002, the company underwent three expansions to reach economies of scale (from 16 looms to 34 looms) and was producing conventional polypropylene bags for various sectors sugar, fertilizers, chemical, feed, rice, polyester etc. having a reputed customers base. Nova Synpac (pvt) Ltd. is a Pakistans first ISO 9001-2000 Certified Company since 2001 in the polypropylene industry. Keeping in view the above factors the company diversified its product portfolio and set up a polypropylene cement bags manufacturing plant. The installation of the plant started in June 2002 and the commercial production commenced in November 2002. Nova is only the second entity in Pakistan to have such an advanced manufacturing facility with licensing rights and patent product. It is to be noted that our company has the first right of refusal when it comes to selling this plant/ technology to any other entity in Pakistan.
