It has its own self contained leather processing tannery at Chennai, which is capable of processing over 600, 000sqft of leather a month. This tannery is manned by qualified and experienced leather technicians, who are well versed in developing and standardizing any new type/quality of leather. It has at its disposal 12 leather garment stitching lines/batches, which are manned by highly skilled tailors, who are capable of stitching any complicated designs. The batches are supervised by persons with more than 20 years experience in stitching and quality control. Namaste Exports Ltd is a capable of producing and exporting around 100, 000 to 125, 000 number of garments per year.We have a well designed quality control system, which controls quality starting at the materials input stage to finished garments. We use the best leather available in the local as well as foreign markets. We use the best accessories imported from abroad.
