Dear Sirs,I have a Russian seller that is a refinery. They do CIF deliveries and accept for buyer to make a trial delivery that will be followed by singing a 12 months contract. Their SCO with supporting documents will be sent to end buyer once buyer sends his LOI with inquiry details. Only buyer accepts the offer in the SCO he has to issue his ICPO + ICS.They also accept 30 days, 60 days or 90 days L/C payment. They don&＃39;t ask for POF as this will come bank to bank after buyer and seller will sign the contract and lodge it to their banks. Best
