At Group Mongia we work closely with the extruder to understand the performance parameters to ensure that he gets the best life and performance out of his tools.

Be it Container relining or complete new manufacture the key parameters that have a bearing on the life and performance for the extruder are to be monitored very accurately. The ranges of the Containers in the Group Mongia portfolio are from 200mm Outer Diameter to 1000mm.

<br/>At Group Mongia we have perfected the art of Container relining. The perfect balance of the key parameters such as the hardness, fitting allowance and the bore finish dimensions is an art that is near perfected.
<br/>The range of liners handled at our facility range from a bore diameter of 50mm to a bore diameter of 225mm. The liner bore is finished to an accuracy of 0.03mm over a length of 1000mm.
