<br/>The main experience of the company is washed and heavy processed garment production. There is seperate production lines and employee for knitwear and wovenwear production. Cutting, washing, finishing are made inhouse. Only sewing, printing and embroidery processes are subcontracted.
<br/>Washing department has the ability of handscraping, chemical spraying, lokal tinting, damaging, garment dyeing, stone washing inhouse.
<br/>There is separate pattern rooms for knitwear and wovenwear sampling. Patterns are CAD designed and there are 20 sewing machines for sampling in each sample room. The customers can have very quick sampling service. The collection samples are served in 10days (max. )
<br/>The company has the ability of quick shipment in 4 weeks after the bulk fabric is inhouse, all details and style fitting is approved. Total 6weeks production leadtime is available by choosing stock fabrics.
<br/>The merchandisers will handle the order until the end of the sampling and costing stage. When the style becomes an order the production planning dept. Will handle the order.
<br/>The company is certified by iso9001-2000 quality assuarance system. Also the company is auditted by the customers like mexx, S. Oliver, george.
<br/>Only L/c and CAD payment terms are acceptable for the first orders with FOB and CIF shipments.
