About Us
<br/>Mercoid Control (80811-X) was established since 1980 as a partnership concern and was subsequently converted into a private limited company on 5th February 1982. The current share capital structure of the company is as follows:
<br/>1.Authorized Capital:RM1 000 000.00 DIVIDED INTO 1 000 000 shares of RM1.00 each.
<br/>2.Paid-up Capital: RM700 000.00 DIVIDED INTO 700 000 shares of RM1.00 each fully paid.
<br/>
<br/>As for today, we have three business units; Mercoid Control Sdn Bhd, Valmicro Control Sdn Bhd and Vaimex Valves Sdn Bhd.
<br/>Our products are from various parts of the world to cater for different types and class of industries. In June 2001 we moved to a bigger building of our own to enable us to carry stocks worth over RM10million at any one time. We have also made arrangement with established transporters to cater for outstation customers.
