MST arose from the management buyout of Philips Lighting electromagnetic ballasts factory in Ketrzyn.
<br/>In April 2011 Management Team purchased the factory and the MST brand from Philips. Company became an exclusive supplier for Philips of electromagnetic ballasts for HID lamps with Philips brand in Europe, Middle East and Africa. MST also manufacture own branded products: electromagnetic ballasts for fluorescent lamps, filter coils and integreated HID systems based on Philips components.
