M.A.P.S. Tech, Inc. became a company as a sole proprietorship in the summer of 2000, and a sub chapter S corporation in 2002. The idea of creating this type of entity came as a result of growing popularity of the AQUADUX�® swim aids. A patent was applied for and obtained in 2005 for the AQUADUX�® design. M.A.P.S. Tech, Inc. is a manufacturer of marine safety apparel based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA. Our mission is to not only to provide the ultimate in swim aids, and flotation safety, but also to become an industry leader in safety apparel for the marine and water sport industries.
