LABORATORY of OPTICAL CRYSTALS (LOC) is a manufacturer and global supplier of nonlinear Infrared laser crystals, such as ZnGeP2. <br/>Utilizing more than 25 years of experience in the crystals grouth, LOC is a reliable supplier to many OEM customers.<br/>At present the LOC`s staff is mainly performing works on two directions (in two areas) of high technologies:<br/>- working out and development of technologies of production for optical and semiconductor single crystals; <br/>- production of optical and semiconductor single crystals as well as preparation of different functional components based on these crystals (ZnGeP2). <br/>The firm`s scientific activity is founded on close partnership existing between LOC and subdivisions of the Russian Academy of Science and Tomsk Universities departments relating to sphere of interest of LOC.
