We also produce Valve Seat Inserts and Valve Tappets from centrifugal casting/ shell chilled casting process.We have State of Art Technology in our foundries that includes:-1) High Pressure Vertical Parting Line flaskless Molding machines (Imported from KOYO Japan) with Auto pour.2) High Pressure Horizontal Parting Line Molding machine (Imported from SINTO, Japan)3)Horizontal Parting Line Impulse Squeeze Molding machine, imported from FONDARC France4)No bake molding line with continuous mixer and reclamation plant with fully P.L.C controlled operation imported from M/s.Omega U.K.5)Apart from this, we have 4 pair of Disa Jolt-Square molding machine and the centrifugal casting set-up.With the above molding set up we can produce the casting weighing from few grams to 30 kgs in machine molding and up to 600 kg single piece and total foundry capacity is 3000 Tons per month with all process control and testing equipments.
