We wish to introduce our selves as manufactures of precision machined& cast components for pump, motor and engineering industry. We machine components weging from 0.5 kg to 100 kg in weight. Our group was estabilished in 1968.

<br/>We have a full fledge machine shop with CNC lathe key-way milling machines, copying lathes with state of the art measuring instruments. Our range includes sleeves, casings, shafts, Motor frames etc. We machine components in SS 316, SS 410, Kmonel, Alloy 20, C. I. S. G. Iron etc. Our major customers include KSB pumps, Laxmi Group, Sulzer pumps etc.

<br/>Kalapi Engg Asso Pvt.ltd. is a ISO 9001-2000 company and have a well documented quality system. We have estabilished systems in KANBAN, DOL(Direct on Line supplies)& 5 S. Kalapi Engg Asso Pvt.ltd. is a currently working on six sigma project in co-operation with one of our OEM customer. We currently have a DOL supplier(Direct on Line supplier) status with 3 of our OEM customers.

<br/>We can give taylor made jobs in casting or bar stock and forge as per your drawings/specifications or samples. Initial tooling design for patterns and core boxes can also be handled through expertise in CAD.
