It is the second generation company of Japan latex, which has already employed its own technology of pre-vulcanization and balloon dipping based in more than 50 years of high quality manufacturing in Japan.

<br/>Initially, production volume is intended 100% for export. However, as per requirement and approval of the philippine economic zone authority (peza), it started to cater to domestic market on may 2004 taking 10% of the total production. Presently, the manufacturing facility in laguna operates round-the-clock, seven days a week and produces an average of 800,000 pieces of latex balloons daily.

Who had already achieved a good reputation for their balloon quality in the industry worldwide. <br/>Jplti has completed its manufacturing facilities in talakag, bukidnon to process rubber saps and produce its own latex. It will vulcanize the latex using its own innovative technology. The processed sap or latex from rubber trees is the basic raw material to produce 100% natural rubber latex balloons, which are manufactured in a highly developed plant in laguna international industrial park expansion plans in the near future include the manufacture of condoms and surgical gloves for worldwide distribution.
