Also we have our own QC team and before every shipment, they must have three inspections for each order: 1) examine the material Before production; 2) two QC check together before the injection outsole; 3) 100% confirmation before the package. We effect the shipment only after the inspection result is OK. As you know, the QC has to write down all the information on an Inspection Report and then pass this Report to every sales person for last confirmation! Now we have 2 designers and 6 sample-makers.
