Simply put we are a small boutique style Import/Export company with offices in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and in Bangkok, Thailand. We have Canadian and Thai staff, so we do fully understand many aspects that differ from culture to culture. We ARE middlemen, we do not hide that nor do we feel that should be a black mark against us. We make sure to always fight for the best possible price for our buying network while being fair and understanding of the fact that the sellers also are entitled to make a fair profit for their efforts. <br/><br/>We have just opened our Vancouver office so we will add our new office address there once we find space. In the meantime our Ontario address is still valid and the phone number is answered by a human being during EST business hours of course.
