When cutting the laminate, please use carbon steel tool and make all cuts from the side of decor spread the glue on backside of the laminate and the surface of the substrate. If the surface is rugged and heavily water absorbing, a second spreading of glue is probably needed.Let the glue spread volatilize until as required. Please notice that volatilizing time differs according to season, weather and geographic area.
