Jiahe Seiko Forging & Casting Co., Ltd is located in Jiahe, Hunan province, China. The company was founded in 2006 and covers an area of 16000 square meters and a building area of 8500 square meters, with total assets of 15 million, and total staff of 130. We have many western customers and domestic customers such as Liugong, Zoomlion Group, Shanghai Heavy Industries and Ansteel Group. The company now has three workshops: forging shop, machine shop and surface treatment production workshop. Forging shop is equipped with 30 sets of imported high-precision numerical control machine, and 15 sets of ordinary turning lathe, as well as milling, boring, grinding, processing center and other facilities.We make about 20 series of products, such as SAE flange, transition joints, sleeves and hose connector, in which over 300 kinds of products exported to Europe and American market, and the high quality of our products is satisfied by customers. The monthly output of flange reaches more than 200,000 sets, with specification of SAE J518C, JB/ZQ 4178-97, ISO6162, ISO6164 standards. The products are widely used in many areas, such as engineering machinery, oil field, shipbuilding, mining machinery, and piping areas. Usually, we use carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel as material. We have established the quality management system according to the standard of GB/T 19001-2000 and safety requirements of registered pressure piping components manufacturing.
