Harvest Capital Mining, Inc. (HCM) is a registered U.S. corporation in good standing looking for serious and legitimate sellers (or mandates) of high quality Gold (Au) Dust (and Gold Dore Bars). HCM will provide guarantee of payment with an appropriate bank guarantee instrument. We require all transactions to be CIF (paid for by the Seller) to our designated Refiner. The minimum quantity we will buy is 200 kgs. per month. With the bank guarantee instrument in favor of the Seller, we guarantee to pay the Seller within four (4) banking days after receipt of the final assaying and refining report of our designated Refiner. Our designated Refiner is in the Good Delivery List of Accepted Refiners by the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA). We will immediately review & consider any legitimate Sellers offer to sell Au. Offer-to-Sell must be detailed, in a FCO or SPA form. Our initial due diligence requirement: 1) If Seller is an individual, HCM will require a copy of ID of Seller (valid passport preferred), address, email, and telephone/fax numbers, 2) If Seller is a company, please provide us with your company name, address, email, and telephone & fax numbers. HMC requires all proper documentation (certified true copy) that will establish that the company is legitimate, in good standing, and are registered or licensed in the country where it is operating, 3) A local assay report of the product duly certified by a reputable licensed assaying company must be submitted to HCM following submission of the FCO or SPA.
